The Cobalt Citizen Satisfaction Index, powered by the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) can help local governments harness the power of such metrics.
Several webinars have been scheduled for anyone who would like to learn more about the program's component for local government projects (there is no cost for the Webinar).
