Penny Haney - Director of Operations

Under the general direction of the Executive Director and in conformance with the policies of the Board of Directors, Penny directs the administration department in carrying out various management functions related to governance, finances, risk management, physical resources, human resources and records administration. 

 

Penny is also the designated treasurer for the Robert R. Robinson Scholarship Fund and the Michigan Townships Political Action Committee.

 

She has been with MTA since 1991 serving the Association as Finance Assistant, and Finance Officer before becoming the Director of Operations. She holds an Associate of Arts Degree from Davenport College, majoring in accounting.

 

Penny and her husband live on almost forty acres in Benton Township in Eaton County.
