Vendor Showcase Registration Information

Limited vendor space is available at each location! Advanced registration is required. 

Included:

  • Networking opportunities

  • 1-2 minutes to address attendees

Sept. 22: Bay Valley Resort, Bay City
Sept. 23: American 1 Event Center, Jackson
Oct. 7: Crystal Center at Crystal Mountain, Thompsonville
Oct. 8: Holiday Inn Grand Haven-Muskegon, Spring Lake
Oct. 13: Treetops Resort Conference Center, Gaylord

Cost is just $125 per site for the first company representative. (Allied Service Providers can attend for free! Learn more here.) Each additional representative is $75 if registered in advance.

7:30 to 8 a.m.: Set-up
8:30 to 9 a.m.: Vendor Showcase
10:30 to 11:15 a.m.: Meet the Vendors & Vendor Showcase
12:30 p.m.: Networking lunch
1:30 p.m.: Move-out 

2027 MTA Conference & Expo is coming to the Grand Traverse Resort, April 19-22, 2027!

Township officials and employees from all over the state are invited to MTA’s Conference & Expo! If local government is your market, the MTA Conference & Expo offers your company access to township officials from across the state! More than 6,500 township officials need both the education and connection offered at our Conference. And an important part of our Conference is you!

EXPO

Looking for an opportunity to connect one on one with township decision makers? The two-day MTA Expo guarantees access to hundreds of potential customers in a short amount of time. Expo registration opens in January! We expect to sell out quickly so keep an eye on your email and be ready to select your booth!

ADVERTISING

Advertising in the Conference program is a sure-fire way to get your message in front of your target audience. The four-color program, distributed to every Conference attendee, is also used as a reference guide all year!
