Housing info for MTA's Annual Conference & Expo
MTA’s 2027 Annual Conference & Expo is coming to the Grand Traverse Resort & Spa on April 19-22. Save the date and plan to join us for another exciting week of learning, connecting and inspiration!
More than 500 guest rooms will be available at the host property, with several hundred more at other nearby hotels, all offering a warm “up north” welcome and a variety of great amenities such as free parking, complimentary breakfast, scenic views and more. Details about each hotel and the attendee booking process are coming soon–check back later this fall for updates!
Hospitality Suites now available to MTA county chapter groups
Is your county chapter or exhibitor/sponsor organization interested in hosting a hospitality suite during MTA’s Annual Conference? Hospitality suites can provide an ideal spot to network or entertain after a long day of classes; a limited number of suites are available at the Grand Traverse Resort & Spa, which serves as our host hotel.
Space is limited, so now is the time to make your reservation!
Each suite includes a Murphy bed in the living area, however bedrooms are not included in the rental fee and must be reserved separately. Those who reserve a suite may also reserve up to two additional attached bedrooms (3-night minimum), making it easy to monitor the suite and host your guests.

NOTE: All suite reservations must be made through MTA. Do not contact the hotel directly, as they will be unable to assist you. Remaining suites will be made available to sponsors & exhibitors in mid-December. A special form with current availability will be posted at that time.
