MTA Professional Development Retreats (4 credits)—Biennial 2-day retreats for each township office; returning to the Bavarian Inn Lodge in Frankenmuth this fall (2025)

MTA Regional Summits (3 credits)—Biennial events held at 4-6 locations around the state; returning in fall of 2026
Township Focus CE articles
Up to 8 elective credits may be obtained by reading specific articles from MTA’s Township Focus magazine, then passing a 10-question quiz following the article. Each quiz is worth two elective credits and there is no charge to take the quiz or earn the credits. You must score at least 70% on the quiz to pass. See below for a list of past articles and quizzes to start earning credit now.
Completed quizzes should be sent to education@michigantownships.org or faxed to 517-321-8908. MTA will notify you of your results after receiving your quiz, typically within 1-2 weeks.
IMPORTANT: Please keep a copy of your completed quiz in your TGA binder.
