Spring Lake Township (Ottawa Co.) is hiring a full-time appraiser. Under the direction of the township assessor, this position will be required to appraise all classes of real property, including agricultural, commercial, developmental, industrial, residential and personal property in compliance with the Michigan General Property Tax Act. Must have previous experience in assessment administration or related field or possess a business degree or builder’s license. Must possess Michigan certified assessing technician certification.
