Updates to property tax exemption forms and FAQs

Updates to the forms and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) relating to the Commercial Facilities, Commercial Rehabilitation and Solar Energy Facilities Exemption programs were recently released by the State Tax Commission (STC). The updated forms—Application for Commercial Facilities Exemption Certificate (Form 4757), Application for Commercial Rehabilitation Exemption Certificate (Form 4507), Application for Solar Energy Facility Exemption Certificate (Form 6052) and the Solar Energy Facilities Exemption Annual Report (Form 6209)—are located on STC’s “Property Tax Exemption” webpage.
