Complimentary MTA shuttle service is provided during select times to/from hotels with MTA room blocks and the Grand Traverse Resort. Shuttles will pick up and drop off from the main entrance of the Grand Traverse Resort. At each hotel with an MTA room block, look for “A-frame” signs to indicate shuttle pick-up/drop-off location. The front desk at each hotel will also have shuttle schedules available.
On Monday, shuttle service begins at 7:50 p.m. between all hotels, including the Grand Traverse Resort, and the Bendzinski “3-D” Welcome Reception at nearby McGee’s 72. Shuttles will not operate earlier in the day on Monday.
On Tuesday and Wednesday, shuttles operate during peak hours only and will not circulate while key events and educational classes are in session. If you anticipate that you may need to return to your off-site hotel during this time, we recommend that you drive to the resort, where parking is free. Shuttles will NOT operate on Thursday.
Shuttles will operate on two separate loops, serving:
Loop 1: Sleep Inn & Suites, Cherry Tree Inn & Suites, Avid Hotel and Pointes North
Loop 2: Parkshore Resort, Hampton Inn and Baywatch Resort Complime shuttle service Each shuttle will have signage indicating which hotels are serviced by that shuttle.
