Coming Feb. 18 at noon:

Cloud Control: Navigating Data Center Impacts
(MTA members only)

As demand accelerates, townships are fielding proposals that raise complex questions about zoning, infrastructure capacity, energy use, taxation and local control. This webinar provides timely insights into data centers and the legal considerations officials should understand before an application appears.

You can join us live on Feb. 18 at noon, watch a recording later or both. Don’t miss this opportunity to hear from MTA legal counsel and position your township to respond confidently and proactively before a proposal lands on your agenda. Learn how to ask the right questions, identify potential risks and respond thoughtfully and lawfully to data center projects.
